I PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?


Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing and production of your order before it ships.


Please note that during promotional/sale periods, our processing time may take 3 to 5 business days.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?


The average transit time to South Africa is 5 to 10 business days.


There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers encounter. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the carrier.

The ownership of parcels handed over to your local carrier is transferred to the buyer. We ensure that all our parcels are in good condition before shipment.

Delays, losses, holds, or damages to parcels

Carrier delivery errors or failed delivery attempts

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?


Yes! We provide a tracking number for every order. The tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

Once your order is shipped

The day your order is out for delivery

When your order is delivered


When you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order via the “Track Your Order” page on our website.


Please note: Each individual product may be shipped in separate parcels to avoid delays.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


Due to our fast processing times, we generally do not accept order cancellations.


However, if you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we may be able to accommodate your request.

We cover shipping fees for every order. All our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order required.
